ASL POLICY

The Tour does not provide interpreters. This requires us to vet them properly (verify who they are, that they align with the values of the Tour during the show, that they will handle themselves accordingly, and that they show up on time for the deaf community that has been invited), and our experience has shown that we do not have adequate staff to vet interpreters properly in every city nor do we have the ability to travel with one, which means we can't guarantee they will meet our requirements. As a result and with no exceptions, we do not offer/advertise this service as a part of the show.

That being said, if you are an ASL interpreter and want your ladies to be able to attend, you are totally welcome to come and interpret for your community as patrons (not contracted by the Tour), and we want to help make that happen.

If this is something you would like to provide your ladies, we ask that you show up early (between 3pm and 4pm) to talk to our team about where to stand.

Since we do not have ASL interpreters rehearsing these shows with us, we would need to make sure that the movement isn't in the line of sight of our artists. As a result- where we place you will likely not be where an interpreter would normally be, but farther off to the side. We will get you as close to the stage as possible, while not having you in the direct line of sight of the team. We will work together upon your arrival to make that happen.

Please note- you must arrive between 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM (by 5:00 PM at the latest) on a Friday night show and 3:30 PM -4:30 PM (4:30 PM at the latest) on a Saturday show to make sure we have ample time to get a space and save seats. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you show up later/ when the other patrons arrive, we will not have time to work through this. We are also not able to meet another time/day of the week. It will need to be on the date of the show.

As a thank you for helping us navigate this well, we are happy to offer free/complimentary tickets for up to 3 interpreters and up to 10 ladies from the deaf community. Just reach out once you have a list and our event manager will get those sent to you. This list needs to be complete two weeks prior to the show.
