In the event this is helpful, here are some tips and info on inviting the ladies of your church to attend. :)

Promoting Info & Images

1. We have found the most effective form of promotion is several emails to the ladies of your congregation, inviting them to the event in advance as well as the week of the event. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE LINK TO YOUR EVENT EMAILS. :)

2. Aside from the emails, announcing from the pulpit is the next best way to spread the word.

3. Post images and videos on social media channels.

4. We have created an event on FB for you to co-host please log into your church FB page so you can add the event to your church's Facebook page. If you don’t see the invite in your notifications, you can go the event… then click on the 3 dots on the right side of the event page and chose "Add to Page" from the dropdown menu. This is important as it allows this event to be in your church upcoming events.
